Q2 is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Centrix DTS product suite. You will define and drive product strategy with internal and external partners, delivering experiences that help financial institutions serve customers and reduce losses.

The role includes a major transformation of the dispute management solution and requires cross‑functional collaboration. You should have 8+ years of related experience, strong leadership, and the ability to work with AI features while traveling to

Qualifications

• Typically requires 6–8 years of related product management experience with a degree.
• Proven track record in software product management and cross-functional leadership.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and data analysis skills.
• Experience defining product strategy and roadmaps for financial or tech products is a plus.
• Experience with AI features and building AI experiences is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and lifecycle for Q2 product solutions.
• Define strategies aligned with customer needs, market trends, and objectives.
• Develop business cases, pricing, packaging, and financial forecasts.
• Partner with Engineering and Product Owners to prioritize initiatives.
• Monitor performance, adoption, and customer feedback for improvements.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver product initiatives.
• Represent the product with customers and industry stakeholders as SME on payments and digital banking.
• Communicate strategy and value to executives and stakeholders.
