Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of Technical Delivery or similar experience.
• 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Strong fluency with Android, iOS, or Linux.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end device implementations and configurations.
• Serve as the technical escalation point for issues.
• Partner with the Enterprise Account Manager for account expansion.
