Job summary

Securin Inc. is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager to lead key product initiatives that drive customer value and business growth. This is an individual contributor role partnering with engineering, design, GTM teams and executive stakeholders to deliver next‑generation cybersecurity features.

You will own the product roadmap for a key domain, translate customer needs into a clear strategy, and mentor peers while measuring success through defined metrics and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Applications; MBA preferred.
• 6+ years product management experience in SaaS/B2B.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Strong cybersecurity or tech industry experience.
• Proven leadership of scale product initiatives.
• Data analysis and metrics-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for a key domain or product area.
• Define a bold product vision and translate needs into a roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and GTM teams to deliver features on time.
• Deeply understand customer problems via research and feedback.
• Mentor team members and elevate product management practices.
• Define success metrics and optimize product impact.
