Job summary

InCommon is seeking a Product Manager to own end-to-end product initiatives from discovery and strategy to roadmap, execution, launch and iteration. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, customers, GTM, and executive leadership to build impactful B2B SaaS products in cybersecurity, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Product Management experience
• Strong product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and execution skills
• Cybersecurity product experience is highly preferred
• Strong technical fluency and ability to partner with engineering teams
• Experience using data, analytics, and customer insights to drive decisions
• Understanding of GenAI / LLMs and emerging technologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong ownership, curiosity, and customer-first mindset
• Must be authorized to work in the US without current or future sponsorship
• Must be within commuting distance of Albuquerque, New Mexico or San Jose, California

About the role
