Job summary

Securin Inc. is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager to lead key product initiatives that drive customer value and business growth. This is an individual contributor role partnering with engineering, design, GTM teams and executive stakeholders to deliver next‑generation cybersecurity features.

You will own the product roadmap for a key domain, translate customer needs into a clear strategy, and mentor peers while measuring success through defined metrics and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Applications; MBA preferred.
• 6+ years product management experience in SaaS/B2B.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Product Manager to lead key product initiatives that drive customer value and business growth. This is an individual contributor role that requires a strong mix of leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and product strategy. You will own the product roadmap for complex, high-impact features and work closely with engineering, design, go-to-market teams, and executive stakeholders to deliver best-in-class solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Ownership: Own and drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for a key domain or product area — from ideation and customer discovery to launch and iteration.
• Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate a bold product vision and strategy aligned with company goals. Translate business and customer needs into a clear product roadmap.
• Execution & Delivery: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute product plans, deliver quality features on time, and iterate based on user feedback.
• Customer Advocacy: Deeply understand customer problems through user research, analytics, and customer feedback. Use insights to inform decisions and build impactful products.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Serve as a product thought leader and mentor within the product team. Help elevate the craft of product management across the organization.
• Metrics & Outcomes: Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and continuously optimize for customer and business impact.

Requirements

• Candidate resides in or is within commuting distance to Albuquerque, NM.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer applications preferred (MBA is an added advantage)
• 6+ years of product management experience, ideally with experience in a Product Manager, equivalent role or transition from a Development background/Technical background.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, including verification of prior employment.
• Proven success in leading product initiatives at scale in SaaS, B2B environments
• Experience in cybersecurity or tech industry
• Strong technical fluency — able to partner effectively with engineering teams
• Experience with data analysis and leveraging metrics to drive decisions
• Understanding of time and space complexity modeling
• Designed and implemented unified data models by identifying and normalizing patterns across heterogeneous systems
• Experience working in high-growth or startup environments (preferred)
• Thorough understanding of emerging technologies like GenAI and LLM in cybersecurity contexts
• Familiarity with applying regulatory frameworks to product design and requirements
