Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management, a technical role, business analysis, or a strategic function.
• Strong analytical capabilities with data-driven decision-making experience.
• Experience building workflow or process-automation products for complex, multi-stakeholder operations (outputs may carry regulatory weight).

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Ownership from discovery to post-launch optimization.
• Define and execute the project roadmap aligning with company mission.
• Collaborate across Engineers, Data Scientists, and Clinical experts; manage handoffs between teams.
• Translate complex processes into auditable, inspection-ready products.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Clinical Research to communicate progress to leadership.
• Deep-dive into workflows to identify AI opportunities and translate feedback into product requirements.
• Establish KPIs and use data analysis to measure product health and impact.
• Lead through ambiguity and clear roadblocks for the team.
