Job summary

WCG seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead a platform or product line in clinical research. You will define the vision, own the roadmap, and drive customer-informed strategy with cross-functional execution across engineering, data, and commercial teams.

You will prioritize AI/ML features, partner with stakeholders, and influence senior leadership to align product initiatives with business objectives. This role supports remote work options and requires strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or software engineering; clinical research or healthcare technology experience required.
• Functional understanding of the broader clinical research process, clinical operations, and/or multiple clinical software systems.
• Experience delivering in a 21 CFR Part 11 validated environment is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to make rapid and complex decisions that optimize across multiple objectives.
• Experience incorporating AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics into product strategy and roadmap decisions.

Responsibilities

• Discovers and validates market problems through stakeholder input and user research.
• Collaborates with internal product stakeholders for market-facing offerings and roadmaps.
• Reviews industry guidelines, specifications, and regulations on an ongoing basis.
• Interacts with users/buyers to collect and synthesize product inputs and needs.
• Meets with customers to understand the voice and priorities driving product decisions.
• Leads AI-driven product opportunities and prioritizes analytics capabilities across platforms.
