Job summary

WCG Clinical, Inc. seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead a platform or product line within the clinical research space. Define vision and roadmap, partner with engineering, data, and commercial teams, and translate customer needs into strategic product initiatives.

You will drive AI/ML-informed product opportunities, mentor teammates, and present value-driven outcomes to clients and stakeholders. This is a remote US role with light travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or software engineering; healthcare technology in clinical research is required.
• Functional understanding of the broader clinical research process and clinical software systems.
• Commercial software delivery in a regulated 21 CFR Part 11 environment is a plus.
• Experience incorporating AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics into product strategy with measurable client value.
• Strong written and oral communication and ability to influence at all management levels.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product vision and roadmap for one or more significant product domains.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, data, and commercial stakeholders.
• Drive AI-embedded product strategies and prioritize AI capabilities to deliver client value.
• Communicate product plans, updates, and trade-offs to executives and customers.
• Present demonstrations at customer sites, trade shows, and via web conferences.
• Mentor and coach junior Product Managers within the team.
