Handoff is hiring a Product Manager to own the roadmap, strategy, and execution for a core product squad. You will lead engineers and designers to ship high-impact features that improve contractor workflows and tie decisions to measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in vertical SaaS.
• Experience building B2B SaaS products; AI experience strongly preferred.
• Track record of shipping 0→1 or early-stage features.
• Strong skills in customer discovery, research, and prioritization.
• Proven ability to work with engineers and designers in agile environments.
• Excellent writing and communication; ability to produce crisp specs and roadmaps.
• Excitement about construction, remodeling, and home services.

Responsibilities

• Own the squad roadmap, strategy, and execution for a core product area.
• Conduct continuous customer discovery and turn insights into clear specs and user stories.
• Partner with engineering and design to iterate quickly and deliver polished experiences.
• Define adoption, activation, and retention metrics; track and iterate based on data.
• Produce and update the roadmap and communicate product direction across leadership and GTM teams.
• Translate features into customer outcomes to support sales, marketing, and onboarding.
• QA, polish, and validate flows and edge cases before launch.
• Apply product principles to every design and decision.
