Handoff is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own roadmap, strategy, and outcomes for a core product area. You will lead a cross-functional squad with engineering and design, turning contractor problems into simple, high-impact solutions that drive measurable outcomes.

This role requires strong judgment, deep customer obsession, and a data-driven approach. You should enjoy complexity, be detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, AI-driven startup serving builders and remodelers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management, ideally in vertical SaaS and high-growth tech startups.
• Experience building B2B SaaS products; AI experience preferred.
• Track record owning meaningful product areas from strategy through launch and adoption.
• Strong customer discovery, research, experimentation, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work with engineers and designers in agile environments.
• Excellent writing/communication to produce specs, epics, prototypes, and roadmaps.
• AI-native mindset and interest in AI-driven product workflows.
• Interest in construction, remodeling, or home services.
• Startup DNA with comfort in ambiguity and action bias.

Responsibilities

• Own the squad roadmap, strategy, execution, and outcomes for a core product area.
• Identify and prioritize high-leverage customer and business problems with clear tradeoffs.
• Conduct ongoing customer discovery and translate insights into specs and user stories.
• Collaborate with engineering and design from discovery to launch and beyond.
• Define success metrics, track performance, and drive improvements in adoption and retention.
• Update roadmap and communicate direction across leadership and GTM teams.
• Translate features into customer outcomes and provide collateral for sales/marketing.
• QA and polish flows, edge cases, and ensure quality before launch.
• Apply product principles to design decisions: simplemaxxing, mobile-first, AI-first, customer-obsession.
