Job summary

Versapay seeks a Senior Product Manager for the AR Automation team to own a critical product area and deliver measurable business outcomes. You will lead the evolution of our AR platform into an AI-first, automated, scalable system that drives cash flow, efficiency, and customer experience.

You will operate as the GM for strategy, execution, and commercial success, defining what we build, validating opportunities, and ensuring successful adoption post-launch.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B, fintech, or payments.
• Proven track record of owning and delivering measurable product outcomes.
• Experience building and scaling complex products, platforms, or APIs.
• Experience launching AI/ML products or features.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into decisions.
• Experience designing and running experiments to validate product direction.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with a bias toward action.
• Strong technical fluency and ability to partner deeply with engineering.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive audiences.
• Passion for customer problems and delivering meaningful, measurable value.

Responsibilities

• Own measurable business outcomes (adoption, revenue, unit economics, retention) and adjust strategy based on performance signals.
• Act as the single accountable owner for your product area, making decisions based on data, customer insight, and strategy.
• Operate with an AI-first mindset—leveraging AI across discovery, prototyping, and product capabilities.
• Define and evolve product strategy with clear narratives, including customer problem, expected impact, assumptions, and risks.
• Own or influence product economics, including revenue performance, cost-to-serve, and monetization strategy.
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through commercialization, ensuring delivery translates into real business impact.
• Design and run structured experiments (concept tests, pilots, pricing tests) to validate opportunities before scaling.
• Continuously modernize your product, improving architecture, reducing technical debt, and adopting new technologies.
• Apply systems thinking to design scalable, end-to-end customer journeys across workflows, data, and platform components.
• Own go-to-market outcomes end to end, including positioning, enablement, adoption, and commercial success.
• Partner cross-functionally to drive alignment, influence decisions, and operationalize product changes.
• Drive towards self-serve, scalable product experiences that reduce operational friction.
• Synthesize customer insight, product data, and market signals to continuously refine priorities.
• Lead through influence in a complex environment, making clear decisions under ambiguity.
• Create clarity through strong written artifacts, decision frameworks, and communication.
