Job summary

Seniorverse is hiring a Product Manager to organize product and development work with customers, success teams, and engineers. You’ll turn requests into prioritized work and ensure what ships is well-documented and testable.

The role blends project management, product ownership, and technical writing. You’ll triage, write specs, and build AI-powered prototypes while maintaining the knowledge base and release notes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in product management, project management, product operations, or a similar role at a software company
• Highly organized, with a track record of keeping many moving pieces on track without dropping details
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software, able to follow technical conversations
• AI-native: uses AI tools daily for real work
• Experience writing specs, user stories, or bug reports that engineers can act on
• Clear, concise writer for both technical and non-technical readers
• Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously with a distributed team

Responsibilities

• Triaging, prioritizing, specs, follow-through, and documentation of requests
• Own the engineering request board in Notion; triage, set priority, and track status
• Respond to requests from customer success and notify when work ships
• Run planning and check-ins; write user stories and acceptance criteria
• Keep releases, open issues, and product decisions documented in one place
• Test new features before release; report issues with steps to reproduce and environment details
• Build clickable prototypes with AI tools to explore ideas before development
• Turn customer feedback into prototypes for leadership and customers
• Review and edit all AI-produced content for accuracy and clarity
• Own the help center and write/update articles; publish release notes
