Nextech is seeking a senior product leader to own the vision and roadmap for its analytics, reporting, and AI-driven insights portfolio across financial and clinical domains. You will define the strategy, balance tradeoffs, and partner with data engineering to scale the lakehouse architecture.

Remote work within the United States is supported, with a strong emphasis on measurable business impact, client value, and cross‑functional collaboration across engineering, design, and commercial teams.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of product management experience in analytics or data-driven products.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, AI-enabled insights, and regulatory constraints.
• Proven ability to translate client needs into actionable product requirements.
• Experience working with engineering on data pipelines and backlogs.
• Demonstrated ownership and leadership in cross-functional teams.

• Own product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmaps for analytics portfolio.
• Define analytics strategy and tradeoffs balancing speed and platform health.
• Lead discovery with providers and clinical staff to validate needs and willingness to pay.
• Collaborate with engineering on data modeling, latency, governance, and data dependencies.
• Guide execution and delivery across reporting, analytics, and AI-driven insights.
