Nextech Systems is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the analytics and reporting portfolio in the healthcare technology space. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and alignment with AI-driven insights to enhance clinical and financial outcomes.

Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with data engineering to shape a scalable data architecture, while maintaining an agile backlog. Remote work within the United States is available, with a focus on value-driven releases and customer

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience in reporting/analytics.
• Fluency in financial outcomes and KPIs in healthcare revenue cycle.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts as applied to analytics.
• Knowledge of modern data architecture including data warehouse, data marts, ELT/ETL.
• Experience partnering with engineering on data dependencies and tradeoffs.
• Experience working in Agile environments with backlog management.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for analytics portfolio.
• Define analytics strategy to align with client value and AI-driven insights.
• Prioritize and manage the portfolio backlog with data-driven tradeoffs.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering on data lakehouse architecture and pipelines.
• Drive structured discovery with providers and clinical staff to validate needs.
• Author crisp product requirements and work closely with engineering.
