Qualifications

• 4+ years in Product Management, with depth in data security, enterprise infrastructure, or API-first products.
• Strong grasp of identity & governance concepts (Row-Level Security, Attribute-Based Access Control).
• Track record of turning multi-day IT configuration into minutes-long, guided flows.
• Working knowledge of how agents/LLMs can automate security and connectivity decisions (e.g., semantic policy generation).
• Ability to set a clear "future of admin" vision and rally engineering/design around it with urgency and precision.

• Agent-Guided Admin Experiences - Turn complex analytics configs into automated, conversational flows.
• Governance at Scale, By Default - Move from manual security to API-first governance enforced automatically.
• Implement Monetization tooling - Design and enforce licensing that scales with Tableau Next adoption.
• Regulated Industry & Global Footprint Readiness - Own the roadmap for compliance and global deployments.
• Headless, Self-Healing Admin - Define how AI agents detect and resolve data and admin tasks.
