Qualifications

• 4+ years in Product Management with depth in data security, enterprise infrastructure, or API-first products.
• Strong grasp of identity & governance concepts (Row-Level Security, Attribute-Based Access Control).
• A track record of turning multi-day IT configuration into minutes-long, guided flows.
• Working knowledge of how agents/LLMs can automate security and connectivity decisions (e.g., semantic policy generation).
• Ability to set a clear "future of admin" vision and rally engineering/design around it with urgency and precision.

Responsibilities

• Agent-guided admin experiences — turn complex analytics configs into automated, conversational flows.
• Governance at scale, by default — API-first governance with auto-enforcement by agents.
• Implement monetization tooling — design and enforce licensing that scales with Tableau Next adoption.
• Regulated industry & global footprint readiness — roadmap for compliance across regions and data residency requirements.
• Headless, self-healing admin — define how AI agents detect and resolve data/admin tasks.
