Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Product Manager for Tableau Next to shape the future of analytics. You will define the product vision and strategy, collaborating with engineers, designers, and product teams to deliver an intelligent analytics experience deeply integrated with Salesforce, Agentforce and Data Cloud.

You will own driver-level governance, security, and connectivity through AI-guided admin flows, with a focus on regulated industries and global deployments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Product Management, with depth in data security, enterprise infrastructure, or API-first products.
• Strong grasp of identity & governance concepts (Row-Level Security, Attribute-Based Access Control).
• Track record of turning multi-day IT configuration into minutes-long, guided flows.
• Working knowledge of how agents/LLMs can automate security and connectivity decisions.
• Ability to set a clear "future of admin" vision and rally engineering/design around it with urgency and precision.

• Governance at Scale, By Default — move to API-first governance with automatic enforcement.
• Implement Monetization tooling — design licensing that scales with Tableau Next adoption.
• Regulated Industry & Global Footprint Readiness — own the roadmap for compliance in regulated verticals and global deployments.
• Headless, Self-Healing Admin — define how AI agents detect and resolve data and admin tasks.
