Job summary

Salesforce seeks a seasoned Product Manager to define the vision for Tableau Next and drive the evolution of Salesforce’s Analytics product line. You will collaborate across engineering, design, and product teams to create an intelligent analytics experience integrated with Salesforce, Agentforce, and Data Cloud.

You will transform complex analytics configurations into guided flows, partner on API-first governance, and shape licensing tooling for scalable monetization.

Qualifications

• ,Must have 4+ years in Product Management and depth in data security, enterprise infrastructure or API-first products.
• -Strong grasp of identity and governance concepts incl. Row-Level Security and ABAC.
• -Experience turning multi-day IT configuration into minutes-long, guided flows.
• -Knowledge of how agents/LLMs can automate security and connectivity decisions.
• -Ability to set a clear ‘future of admin’ vision and rally engineering around it.
• -Salesforce Platform/Data Cloud security experience including Private Connect and Named Credentials.
• -Hands-on Tableau Server/Cloud admin experience with Data Server, Bridge, Site config.
• -Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns incl. APIs, SDKs, MCP.
• -Understanding of Zero Trust applied to analytics.
• -Experience with regulated industries (Gov, Healthcare, Financial).

Responsibilities

• Define the vision and strategy for Tableau Next.
• Drive development of the next generation of Salesforce’s Analytics product line.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product teams to deliver an intelligent analytics experience integrated with Salesforce, Agentforce, and Data Cloud.
• Turn complex analytics configurations into automated, conversational, agent-guided flows.
• Partner with the data governance org to implement intuitive, API-first governance enforced automatically by agents.
• Work with Analytics COE, Pricing, and GTM to design scalable licensing and monetization tooling.
• Own the roadmap for compliance in regulated industries and global deployments.
• Define automated regulatory-context detection and enforcement of residency, retention, access controls, and audit trails.
• Direct AI agents that detect and resolve data and administration tasks, including policy triage, alerts, and identity drift.
