Confido in New York, NY is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own product strategy, roadmaps, and go-to-market narratives for a fast-growing AI infrastructure platform serving 200+ brands. You will lead cross-functional teams and drive customer value with a strong ownership mindset.

You will shape the roadmap, engage with customers daily, and accelerate market impact while working in a dynamic NYC environment. Equity, health coverage, and relocation support are included.

Qualifications

• 5+ years product experience at a high-growth tech company or founding effort.
• Comfort with ambiguity and track record of building 0-to-1.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong execution discipline.
• Basic SQL knowledge or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Product success ownership for area including direction, quality, revenue impact.
• Define sprint goals, quarterly priorities, and annual strategy.
• Articulate value drivers, differentiate, enable sales, lead customer calls.
• Ensure end-to-end clarity with documentation, demos, onboarding workflows.
• Engage daily with users to understand blockers and drive improvements.
