Confido is building an AI-native operating system for brands selling into brick-and-mortar retail, headquartered in NYC. You will partner with top CPG brands, guiding adoption of our software and translating complex business processes into actionable product requirements.

You will collaborate with engineering to define features and drive client success through onboarding, training, and ongoing consultative support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in CPG Finance or Investment Banking/Management Consulting, etc.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Strong background in demand forecasting and AOP development and execution.
• Proficiency with syndicated data sources (Circana, Nielsen, SPINS) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Trade Promotion Management and/or CPG Accounting Workflows is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Partner with leading CPG brands to provide strategic guidance, ensuring successful adoption and optimization of our software solutions.
• Partner with engineering team to identify, prioritize, and define new software features based on CPG industry needs, market gaps, and client feedback.
• Support translating complex business processes (S&OP, forecasting, AOP, trade finance) into clear product requirements and user stories for future product roadmap ideation.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at leading CPG companies, acting as trusted advisor on business process optimization and technology solutions.
• Drive client success initiatives including implementation support, training, and ongoing consultation to maximize software ROI and strengthen customer retention.
