Job summary

CONFIDO is building an AI operating system for CPG brands, bringing Finance, Sales and Ops onto a single platform. We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to own a broad, end-to-end product area, collaborate with engineers, designers and GTM teams, and drive features that impact brands selling billions of dollars in products.

You will define roadmaps, enable sales with compelling narratives, and ensure the product is well-documented and onboarded.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of PM experience at a high growth tech company or founding experience.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a track record of taking things from 0 to 1.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Owner mentality—drive the team to succeed.
• AI fluency (prototyping, agentic workflows, LLM fundamentals, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Own meaningful surface areas across a complex product, from ideation to delivery.
• Define roadmap for next sprint, quarter, and year for your product area.
• Craft go-to-market narratives, enable sales, and articulate value against competitors.
• Ensure end-to-end clarity: documentation, demos, onboarding status and blockers.
• Take on ad-hoc product needs by talking to customers and resolving issues.
