Amazon.com Services LLC in Seattle, WA is seeking a Principal Product Manager – Tech (PMT) to lead a high-ambition 0→1 initiative shaping how customers discover, organize, and share across Amazon. This role demands deep technical fluency, strategic vision, and strong leadership across engineering, science, and design teams.

You will drive a bold product vision, define metrics, and mentor senior PMs while leveraging Gen AI to deliver scalable customer experiences at scale.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
7+ years of technical product or program management experience.
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.

Responsibilities

Define and champion a bold product vision for a new 0→1 initiative within Amazon Lists.
Identify and drive opportunities to apply Gen AI and large language models.
Partner with engineering and applied science teams to evaluate feasibility and architecture trade-offs.
Align stakeholders across Amazon at VP+ levels and drive consensus.
Define success metrics, conduct deep customer research, and prioritize by impact.
Mentor senior PMs and contribute to a culture of invention and high standards.
