The ideal candidate has 6–9 years of B2B product marketing experience, strong storytelling skills, and is customer-obsessed. This role offers a fully remote work environment with a focus on collaboration and learning.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of product marketing experience in B2B software, SaaS, HR tech, or L&D.
• Strong storytelling ability converting complex topics into actionable messaging.
• Demonstrated success in launching products and driving adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own product narrative and define positioning for the AI-powered coaching platform.
• Lead product launches and create customer-facing materials.
• Use customer insights to refine positioning and drive go-to-market strategies.
