Job summary

Early Warning is seeking a Principal Product Manager to advance product strategy across complex offerings and customer solutions. You will lead cross‑functional teams through discovery, development, and commercialization while operating with autonomy in evolving conditions.

You will guide secure, trusted payment experiences for AI-enabled ecosystems, translating market needs into prioritized opportunities and scalable, reliable solutions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive product management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination.
• Experience defining strategy, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes for complex products.
• Proven ability to lead products through discovery, development, launch, and optimization.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
• Strong knowledge of payments, digital commerce, or trusted‑transaction capabilities.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and architecture teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
• Lead full lifecycle product work from discovery to optimization.
• Build alignment across many teams including Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Analytics, and Risk.
• Synthesize research and market signals into insights and decisions.
• Translate needs into clear requirements and success metrics.
• Partner with engineering to evolve MVPs into scalable solutions.
• Monitor performance and adjust priorities to improve outcomes.
• Influence executive decisions through clear tradeoffs.
• Define vision and success measures for agentic commerce.
• Lead 0-to-1 development and commercialization in ambiguous markets.
• Evaluate new protocols and industry trends for opportunities.
