Job summary

Duck Creek Technologies seeks a Senior Product Manager for Agentic AI Gateway. You will own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for AI Gateway capabilities within the Agentic AI Platform, driving secure interoperability across the AI ecosystem.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Security, Legal, Data, and Customer Success teams to define scalable patterns, governance, and measurable outcomes, while aligning with platform objectives and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field; 6+ years in technical product management or related roles.
• Experience owning complex platform, integration, API, AI, or ecosystem product capabilities.
• Experience translating ambiguous problems into structured product requirements and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap for AI Gateway capabilities and API management.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Security, Legal, and Customer Success to ensure governance and reliability.
• Translate AI ecosystem needs into epics, features, and user stories with measurable outcomes.
• Partner with multiple teams to define scalable gateway patterns for authentication, routing, and lifecycle management.
