Brightway Insurance is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Agent Ecosystem to own the technology that helps agents build stronger businesses—engaging customers, managing pipelines, and quoting policies. You’ll work directly with agents and internal teams in a fast-paced, AI-forward environment to turn insights into real products.

You’ll move from concept to delivery, partnering with engineering, design, and leadership to shape features that matter to agents and drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• Proven ability to ship products that drive measurable outcomes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies and AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Agent Ecosystem.
• Collaborate with agents, customers, designers, and engineers from concept to delivery.
• Prototype rapidly using AI-enabled tools to validate ideas.
• Define success metrics and use data to inform priorities.
• Build relationships with agents and internal stakeholders as the voice of the customer.
