Qualifications

• Proven experience designing, developing, and delivering production-grade software solutions.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, agile development, and software testing practices.
• 2–3 years leading or mentoring other engineers, guiding technical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain production-grade software systems powering Brightway's platform for agents, advisors, and customers.
• Lead breakdown of business problems into technical plans and guide the team quickly toward solutions.
• Provide technical leadership across projects, set direction, remove roadblocks, and keep teams unblocked.
