Job summary

LG Energy Solution Vertech, Inc. seeks a Sr Product Manager for Advanced Battery Analytics.

You will drive the development of analytics assets and deliverables that translate battery data into actionable asset health recommendations, working with data science, service O&M, and product teams. You will partner with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure feasibility, differentiation, and outcomes, leveraging AI/ML and analytics to optimize asset performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7–10 years working on technology-powered products, including analytics, forecasting, or optimization platforms.
• Experience developing or managing analytics solutions in the energy domain is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with modern AI/ML frameworks and their application to analytics and optimization problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of Advanced Asset Analytics products, with success measured by customer adoption, revenue impact, and operational outcomes.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, asset owners, and power markets experts to define, test, and validate analytics and optimization solutions.
• Translate complex battery behavior, degradation, availability, and market constraints into customer-facing product capabilities.
• Conduct product discovery and market validation with asset owners, operators, traders, and service teams.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design scalable business models and commercial offerings, including pricing and packaging.
• Ensure all business needs are met to bring new analytics capabilities to market, including sales materials, contracts, documentation, and roll-out plans.
• Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders on product roadmap, backlog, progress, and business impact.
• Track and communicate industry and competitive developments across battery analytics, trading platforms, and optimization technologies.
