Job summary

Unity is seeking a Principal Product Manager for its LevelPlay mediation platform. This senior IC will shape strategy across auction dynamics, bidding infrastructure, and publisher-facing tooling.

You will partner with engineering, data science, design, and monetization teams to ship at scale, while aligning with Unity's Grow and Create divisions and driving revenue impact for developers globally. Qualifications

• Extensive product management experience at principal level or equivalent.
• Deep domain expertise in ad tech: mediation, in-app bidding, programmatic auctions, networks.

Responsibilities

• Shape product vision and strategy for LevelPlay; own roadmap from planning to launch and iteration.
• Make platform decisions on auction mechanics, bidding dynamics, network integrations, revenue optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, and monetization teams to ship at scale with latency/reliability in mind.
• Engage with publishers and ad networks to validate direction and gather feedback.
• Align stakeholders across Unity's Grow and Create divisions to deliver a unified experience.
• Mentor PMs on the LevelPlay team and raise the bar for strategic decision-making.
