Unity LevelPlay is a leading mediation platform powering monetization for thousands of mobile games. A Principal Product Manager will shape the platform’s future, steering strategy and roadmap across auction dynamics, bidding, and publisher tooling, while partnering with engineering, data science, and monetization teams to ship at scale.

You’ll collaborate with top publishers and ad networks to align on direction, mentor PMs, and influence Unity’s mediation ecosystem across Grow and Create

Qualifications

• Extensive product management experience at principal level or equivalent, shaping strategy.
• Deep domain expertise in ad tech, mediation, in-app bidding, programmatic auctions, networks.
• Proven track record owning platform products end to end from definition to scale.
• Strong analytical rigor with marketplace metrics and revenue decisions.
• Experience partnering with ML/data science teams to deploy models or features.
• Exceptional stakeholder leadership aligning executives, engineers, and external partners.
• History of independent, conviction-based decision making.
• Experience in mobile gaming or mobile developer ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Shape product vision and strategy for LevelPlay and own the roadmap from planning to launch.
• Make high-stakes platform decisions on auction mechanics and revenue optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, and monetization teams to ship at scale.
• Engage with top publishers and ad networks to validate direction and represent developers.
• Align stakeholders across Unity's Grow and Create divisions for a unified experience.
• Mentor and elevate PMs on the LevelPlay team.
