Unity LevelPlay is a leading mediation platform powering monetization for thousands of mobile games. We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to shape the platform’s future, owning core strategy from definition to launch and iteration.

You will partner with engineering, data science, design, and monetization to ship at scale, influence auction mechanics and bidder integrations, and work directly with top publishers and ad networks.

Qualifications

• Extensive product management experience at principal level or equivalent.
• Deep domain expertise in ad tech: mediation, in-app bidding, programmatic auctions.
• Proven end-to-end ownership of platform products from definition to launch, iteration, and scale.
• Strong analytical rigor with experimentation and marketplace metrics; revenue impact focus.
• Experience partnering with ML/data science to bring models or optimization features to production.
• Exceptional stakeholder leadership enabling alignment across executives, engineers, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Shape the product vision and roadmap for the LevelPlay mediation platform from definition through launch.
• Make high-stakes platform decisions on auction mechanics, bidding vs. waterfall, and network integrations.
• Partner with engineering, data science, design, and monetization teams to ship at scale with strict latency and reliability.
• Engage directly with top publishers and ad networks to validate direction and represent developers' voice.
• Align stakeholders across Unity's Grow and Create divisions to deliver a unified experience.
• Mentor and up-level PMs across the LevelPlay team, raising the bar for strategic decision-making.
