Unity is seeking a Principal Product Manager for the LevelPlay mediation platform in Mountain View, CA. You will own the product strategy, drive the roadmap, and align cross-functional teams to deliver high-scale features in auction dynamics and publisher tooling.

Qualifications

• Shaping strategy and not just execution for platform products.
• Deep domain expertise in ad tech: mediation, in-app bidding, programmatic auctions.
• Experience owning platform products end to end from definition to scale.
• Strong analytical rigor with metrics like ARPDAU, eCPM, fill rate.
• Experience collaborating with ML/data science to bring models into production.
• Exceptional stakeholder leadership across executives, engineers, and partners.

Responsabilités

• Define vision and roadmap for LevelPlay mediation platform core areas.
• Decide on auction mechanics, bidding dynamics, and revenue optimization.
• Partner with engineering, data science, design, and monetization to ship at scale.
• Engage publishers and ad networks to validate direction and represent developers.
• Coordinate across Unity's Grow and Create divisions for a unified experience.
• Mentor LevelPlay PMs to raise strategic decision-making standards.
