Job summary

Bread Financial in the United States seeks a Senior Product Manager to develop features and products that improve end-to-end consumer experiences. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with design and engineering, and drive self-service capabilities in payments, accounts, and servicing.

In this role you own the product vision and roadmap, set success metrics, and work with analytics to refine offerings based on market research.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5-8 years experience in product management, business analysis, information technology, or related areas.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Product Management, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap, collaborating with design and engineering teams to identify market trends and develop strategies for product differentiation and competitive positioning.
• Manage the prioritization and delivery of large-scale product features, guide product improvements, define business requirements, and ensure adherence to security policies and controls.
• Set product performance metrics, conduct ongoing analysis, and drive improvements for customer experience and operational excellence.
• Work with cross-functional teams to devise effective solutions, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and leading with strategic and analytical expertise.
• Leverage financial insights to guide product management strategies, analyzing key business drivers to refine product offerings based on market research.
