• Experience presenting to director and VP audiences.

• Drive the AI Enablement Training Program with domain-specific partners.
• Run use case discovery with program partners and end users; document top use cases by job profile.
• Design domain training curricula, modules, demos, exercises, and reference guides.
• Build train-the-trainer materials and coach partners to deliver them.
• Deliver domain sessions when partner capacity is insufficient.
• Identify domain skills and connector needs; route requests to AI Enablement engineering.
• Define per-domain success metrics; track training completion and documented productivity wins.
• Update domain materials when Claude features change.
• Hand off all materials to program partners before contract end.

Confiz is seeking an AI-forward Product Manager for one of our largest retail clients in Seattle, WA.The resouece will drive the AI Enablement Training Program across enterprise domains. The ideal candidate will be Claude-certified, experienced in large-scale software rollouts and user adoption, and confident in managing mass communication across enterprise audiences. This role requires strong expertise in generative AI, stakeholder engagement, and designing and delivering training programs that drive adoption and measurable productivity improvements.

Work Type: Hybrid: Onsite 4 days Per Week, Remote Fridays

Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PT

Responsibilities

• Drive the AI Enablement Training Program with domain-specific partners:
• Run use case discovery with program partners and end users in assigned domains. Document top use cases by job profile.
• Design domain training: curricula, modules, demo scenarios, exercises, and reference guides.
• Build train-the-trainer materials and coach program partners to deliver them.
• Deliver domain sessions directly when program partner capacity is insufficient.
• Identify candidate domain skills and connector needs. Route connector requests to AI Enablement engineering.
• Define per-domain success metrics with program partners. Track training completion and collect documented productivity wins.
• Update domain materials when Claude features change.
• Hand off all materials to program partners before contract end.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, education, instructional design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of product management experience.
• 1+ years designing and delivering enterprise training or enablement programs for non-technical audiences.
• Experience running user research interviews and translating findings into requirements.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools in business workflows.
• Experience presenting to director and VP audiences.

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in math, statistics, finance, economics, or another quantitative field.
• Retail or ecommerce experience in one or more assigned domains.
• Experience producing video or self-paced learning content.
• Experience with a learning management system.
