Good co India is seeking an AI Product Manager to define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for AI-powered solutions. You will collaborate with data science, ML and software teams to translate customer needs into actionable AI requirements and initiatives.

You will lead discovery, experiments, and go-to-market efforts, focusing on responsible AI, governance, and scalable architectures across platforms.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in CS/AI/Data Science or related field.
• Master’s degree in AI/ML, CS, or MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in Product Management, AI PM, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and lifecycle.

• Identify opportunities to apply AI, ML, Generative AI, and automation to solve problems.

• Work with teams on LLMs, Generative AI, NLP, recommender systems, predictive models, CV, or other AI tech.
• Establish AI product KPIs; use analytics and experimentation to improve performance.
• Lead A/B testing, experimentation, model evaluation, and user feedback analysis.
• Develop responsible AI practices: fairness, transparency, privacy, security, governance, compliance.
• Evaluate AI platforms, models, APIs, vendors; recommend based on value and feasibility.
• Drive AI product launches, GTM, adoption, lifecycle management; pricing and monetization as applicable.
• Communicate strategy, roadmap, performance, risks, and investment priorities to leadership.

Role & responsibilities

• Define and execute the AI product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to apply AI, machine learning, Generative AI, and automation to solve customer and business problems.
• Lead AI product discovery, including customer research, problem validation, market analysis, and opportunity assessment.
• Translate business requirements and customer problems into clear product requirements, user stories, use cases, and AI/ML solution objectives.
• Collaborate closely with Data Science, ML Engineering, Software Engineering, Design, UX, Data Engineering, and Business teams to deliver AI-powered products.
• Define requirements for AI/ML models, datasets, model performance, evaluation criteria, accuracy, latency, scalability, and reliability.
• Work with technical teams on LLMs, Generative AI, NLP, recommendation systems, predictive models, computer vision, or other AI technologies as applicable.
• Establish AI product KPIs and success metrics and use product analytics and experimentation to continuously improve product performance.
• Lead A/B testing, experimentation, model evaluation, user feedback analysis, and iterative product improvements.
• Develop responsible AI practices covering fairness, transparency, explainability, privacy, security, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate AI platforms, models, APIs, vendors, and emerging technologies and recommend appropriate solutions based on business value and technical feasibility.
• Drive AI product launches, go-to-market strategies, adoption, commercialization, and ongoing product lifecycle management.
• Develop pricing, packaging, monetization, and product-led growth strategies for AI-powered products where applicable.
• Communicate product strategy, roadmap, performance, risks, and investment priorities to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5 to 10 years of experience in Product Management, AI Product Management, Technology Product Management, Data Products, or a related role.
• Proven experience taking technology or AI-powered products from concept and discovery through development, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including machine learning, Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, model evaluation, and AI application development.
• Experience working with Data Science, ML Engineering, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Design, and other cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of AI product development lifecycle, experimentation, model performance, data requirements, and production deployment.
• Hands-on familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, AI/ML APIs, model evaluation, and AI-powered application architectures is highly desirable.
• Strong product-management skills covering product discovery, roadmap planning, prioritization, user research, product analytics, and go-to-market strategy.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics, KPIs, experimentation, and customer insights to make product decisions.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI, data privacy, security, governance, and ethical considerations in AI product development.
• Ability to translate complex AI/technical concepts into clear business requirements and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and AI/ML platforms is an advantage.
• Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, fintech, healthcare, e-commerce, or other technology-driven industries is an advantage.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree in AI/ML, Computer Science, Data Science, or an MBA in Product/Technology Management is preferred.
