We are expanding our product management team responsible for driving AI-powered products and embedding artificial intelligence across every stage of the product lifecycle. As a Senior Product Manager | Applied AI, you will spearhead the vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery of multiple products—including at least one AI-driven solution—while leveraging AI daily to accelerate workflows, make sharper decisions, and mentor fellow Product Managers.
Responsibilities
- Own the complete vision, strategic direction, roadmap execution, and end-to-end delivery of one or more products, ensuring at least one solution is powered by artificial intelligence
- Define precise requirements and use cases for AI features by treating them as probabilistic products, establishing data scopes, use‑case fit, evaluation criteria, quality thresholds, safety guardrails, and human‑in‑the‑loop review mechanisms as acceptance standards
- Identify strategic opportunities where artificial intelligence can elevate product value, customer experience, internal processes, and business outcomes while building and sizing rigorous business cases for implementation
- Utilize AI tools productively and with disciplined oversight across product discovery, research synthesis, data analysis, documentation, user story creation, prototyping, and planning, always verifying outputs before relying on them
- Prioritize product features, maintain product backlogs, and oversee release cycles, utilizing AI‑assisted analytics to support rather than replace human decision‑making
- Manage the comprehensive product lifecycle, incorporating the unique operational considerations of AI features such as model and version changes, quality drift, and ongoing human oversight
- Partner closely with engineering, data, design, and AI/ML teams to translate product intent into actionable requirements while successfully navigating technical constraints in product decisions
- Establish realistic expectations with clients and stakeholders regarding AI capabilities and limitations, communicating benefits, risks, and trade‑offs in clear, accessible language
- Actively mentor fellow Product Managers and elevate the team's practical artificial intelligence proficiency by leading through daily example
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Product Management, successfully managing one or more products end to end through post-launch maintenance and support
- Demonstrated history of launching multiple products or key capabilities to market, including hands‑on experience delivering or materially enhancing AI‑powered products or features such as generative AI, machine learning, recommendation engines, search algorithms, or automation tools
- Strong ownership of product strategy, vision, roadmapping, market analysis, and product visioning, with proven ability to identify and justify high-value artificial intelligence opportunities
- Extensive experience managing backlogs, cross‑product dependencies, release cycles, product lifecycles, and ongoing customer support models
- Comprehensive familiarity with product profitability, competitive positioning, pricing strategies, and the critical cost, latency, and quality trade‑offs shaping AI‑feature economics
- Deep subject matter expertise across 3 or more business domains, enabling you to act as a trusted business-domain subject matter expert
- Solid working AI literacy covering current AI and generative AI/LLM capabilities, reliable boundaries, common patterns, and typical failure modes to make sound product decisions and hold credible technical dialogues without requiring model‑building knowledge
- Proven ability to influence diverse stakeholders up to the VP level and lead all critical aspects of complex product launches
- Strong leadership capability to guide a team of Product Owners and Product Managers across a product line or family through the complete product lifecycle
- Commitment to raising the team's practical AI proficiency by sharing verified working methods and coaching on requirements and evaluation criteria for AI features
- Practical, daily utilization of artificial intelligence across research, discovery, analysis, documentation, user stories, prototyping, and planning, paired with rigorous output verification
- Demonstrated ability to identify and justify high‑impact AI opportunities within products, operational processes, customer experiences, and business outcomes
- Comprehensive working AI literacy encompassing concepts, terminology, capabilities, and limitations at a product management depth
- Proven experience defining rigorous requirements and use cases for AI features, incorporating evaluation criteria, quality bars, guardrails, and human oversight
- Strong capability to evaluate AI outputs for quality, accuracy, risk, limitations, and overall user impact
- Deep awareness of responsible‑AI principles covering data privacy, algorithmic bias, security, transparency, and human oversight
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, data, design, and AI/ML development teams
- Unwavering adaptability and commitment to continuous learning as AI tools and capabilities rapidly evolve
- Fluent English communication skills at a B2 level or higher
- Nice to have Advanced hands‑on prototyping experience with AI builder tools achieving near‑production fidelity
