AI Product Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, high-ownership AI Product Manager to define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for next-generation AI solutions. This individual will have meaningful decision-making authority over product direction, feature prioritization, and resource allocation, playing a key role in determining what gets built and delivered.

Working directly with managers and team leads, you will translate complex, ambiguous business challenges into clear product strategies and enterprise-grade AI solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong AI/ML product experience with commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define the product vision and long-term strategy, own the roadmap and backlog, and make informed decisions around feature prioritization, trade-offs, and product investments.
• AI Product Development: Lead the discovery, development, and launch of AI/ML solutions, aligning technical feasibility with customer needs and business objectives.
• Market & Competitive Intelligence: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to identify unmet needs and differentiated product opportunities.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market plans, including product positioning, pricing strategy, launch planning, and adoption measurement.
• Data-Driven Decision-Making: Use customer feedback, product telemetry, and business KPIs to evaluate performance, validate assumptions, and guide prioritization.
• Client & Executive Engagement: Serve as a strategic product partner to stakeholders and enterprise clients, communicating product vision, presenting recommendations, and aligning teams around key business priorities.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate across engineering, design, business, and commercial teams to turn strategic priorities into successful product outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, including a demonstrated track record of bringing AI/ML products or solutions to market.
• Proven ownership of product strategy, roadmap development, backlog prioritization, and feature-level trade-off decisions.
• Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies, conducting competitive analysis, and using customer insights to inform product direction.
• Strong understanding of enterprise AI solutions and the ability to balance technical considerations with commercial objectives.
• Excellent communication and executive presence, with experience engaging senior stakeholders and enterprise clients.
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments and drive initiatives from concept through execution.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a focus on measurable business impact and customer value.
