  • Role: Product Manager
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Experience: 5+ Years
About the Role

We are looking for a thoughtful, outcome-focused Product Manager to take ownership of the product development lifecycle—from shaping ideas with stakeholders to defining requirements, prioritizing the roadmap, and partnering with engineering and design teams to deliver meaningful product improvements.

In this role, you'll work closely with engineering, design, account teams, and business stakeholders to understand customer needs, translate complex business requirements into clear product solutions, and ensure we're building products that deliver measurable business and user value.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and takes ownership from concept through launch and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, customers, and account teams to gather feature requests and understand business needs.
  • Translate high-level requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
  • Own and continuously prioritize the product backlog, roadmap, and release plans based on business impact, customer needs, and technical considerations.
  • Partner closely with engineering and design teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Lead customer and stakeholder discussions, document requirements, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  • Serve as the primary product point of contact for account teams and business stakeholders, providing clarity on priorities, trade-offs, dependencies, and timelines.
  • Define lightweight product and delivery processes that improve team efficiency and help ensure consistent execution.
  • Use customer feedback, product data, analytics, and business objectives to inform product decisions.
  • Establish measurable success criteria and key metrics before launching features and evaluate performance after launch.
  • Identify and resolve open questions, risks, and cross-functional dependencies before they become blockers for engineering.
  • Create and maintain internal product documentation, release notes, and other product-related materials as needed.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably with experience building and managing SaaS products.
  • Proven experience owning products or features throughout the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
  • Strong experience working collaboratively with engineering, design, business stakeholders, and customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to write clear product requirements, specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed product decisions.
  • Comfortable working with SQL and independently querying data to investigate questions, validate assumptions, and support product decisions.
  • Experience reasoning through complex business rules, workflows, and system states, including understanding how changes to business rules may impact existing data and functionality.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into simple, well-scoped, actionable product solutions.
  • Comfortable using AI tools as part of your day-to-day product workflow, with the judgment to validate and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and maintain working-hour overlap with teams operating in Eastern Time (ET).
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • Experience working in healthcare, logistics, benefits administration, claims, EDI billing, or other regulated or operationally complex industries.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and lightweight project management practices.
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical and functional product requirements.
  • Experience working directly with customers and business stakeholders to identify problems and define solutions.
  • Experience launching an LLM/AI-powered product or feature to real users.
  • Experience with benefits administration, healthcare claims processing, or EDI/X12 billing workflows.
What Success Looks Like

In this role, success means:

  • Engineering teams have clear, well-defined requirements and are able to move quickly without unnecessary ambiguity.
  • Product priorities are aligned with customer needs and measurable business outcomes.
  • Stakeholders have visibility into priorities, trade-offs, dependencies, and timelines.
  • Features launch with clearly defined success criteria and are evaluated using meaningful data.
  • Customer and user feedback consistently influences product decisions.
  • Product processes remain lightweight, practical, and focused on enabling the team to deliver better outcomes.
Compensation & Benefits

We believe in supporting our team with meaningful benefits that promote well-being, flexibility, and professional growth.

Our benefits include:

  • Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance with employer contributions
  • Flexible Paid Time Off (PTO) and Sick Leave
