Job Title: Senior Product Manager, Health Care Professional (HCP) Marketing

Location: Remote (U.S.-based candidates only)

Estimated Salary Range: $134,000-$201,000

Position Overview:

An established biopharmaceutical company is seeking a Senior Product Manager, HCP Marketing to support the Xywav brand within its sleep marketing team. This remote position is responsible for executing high-impact healthcare professional (HCP) marketing initiatives, with a focus on both personal and non-personal promotion (NPP) strategies. The ideal candidate is a collaborative and driven team player with a mix of strategic vision and executional excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, approval, and execution of sales force materials aligned with brand strategy
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely rollout of resources

Speaker Bureau

• Oversee content updates, speaker management, training logistics, and program effectiveness evaluation

Non-Personal Promotion (NPP)

• Manage the development, review, and deployment of digital and media assets
• Support the team in achieving NPP campaign goals

Operations & Project Management

• Lead planning and execution of PMRC (Promotional Review Committee) submissions and meetings
• Manage HCP marketing budgets, work orders, forecasts, and accrual processes
• Coordinate efforts across commercial operations, finance, and sales teams
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement and optimize tactical marketing plans
• Support annual brand planning and strategy refinement
• Align initiatives across indications to maximize investment impact

Performance Measurement

• Develop and lead performance reporting for key assets and campaigns
• Analyze KPIs to ensure strategic objectives are being met

Team Culture & Compliance

• Represent the brand consistently and professionally across all channels and projects
• Ensure marketing practices comply with all regulatory, medical, and legal standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of U.S. pharmaceutical HCP marketing experience
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proven project management and budget ownership experience
• Experience in both personal and non-personal HCP marketing channels preferred
• Prior work in specialty pharmaceuticals is a plus
• Must be able to travel as needed for meetings and events
