Responsibilities

• Craft and steward the vision and strategy for the IPFS decentralized data product, guiding strategic decisions that align with core web3 values and the broader goals of the MetaMask, Infura, and Linea ecosystems.
• Conduct research to understand the needs and challenges faced by MetaMask product teams, web3 developers, and end users, using these insights to define the product development trajectory.
• Architect a product roadmap detailing critical features and 0-1 product experiments to revolutionize decentralized data storage.
• Collaborate with engineers, project management, QA, and go-to-market teams to ensure seamless alignment across all stages of product development, from ideation to release.

Requirements:

• 5-8+ years in Product Management with a robust technical background and a deep understanding of systems and engineering concepts.
• Profound familiarity with IPFS technology and emerging trends in decentralized storage.
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse technical teams and stakeholders, with a history of driving significant value through strategic foresight and detailed specifications for technical products.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating visions to both technical and non-technical audiences clearly and persuasively.
• Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data in decision-making processes.
• Extensive experience as a Product Owner within an Agile framework, showcasing effective navigation through the development lifecycle.
• Ideally based in European time zones.
• Passion for building scalable, impactful platforms in the web3 space.
• Strong enthusiasm for blockchain technology and decentralized applications.
• Experience working with global teams in a remote-first environment.
