The BlueCruise Product team is looking for a Sr. Product Manager focused on developing and executing BlueCruise’s product strategy by creating and maintaining product and feature roadmaps, defining product goals, and keeping us ahead of the competition.
What you'll do...
Define the BlueCruise product roadmap, including launch/roll-out strategy to scale our features, and develop and maintain a feature backlog
Translate our customers’ needs into clearly defined technical requirements backed by data and comprehensive industry knowledge
Measure our success and improve our products using principled methods and metrics
Lead our benchmarking by understanding the competitive landscape and finding ways to differentiate ourselves
Serve as a cross-functional partner that bridges engineering, business, and marketing to drive product decisions
Find innovative ways to accelerate our development, reduce risk, and improve the overall product experience; work with the company to implement these initiatives and fully realize them
You'll have...
Bachelor’s Degree
Strong data analysis skills: the ideal candidate will be able to reason data into implications
5+ years of experience
Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment, and to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strong leadership and communication skills to manage stakeholders across the organization, including strong documentation skills
A deep passion for your customers, their needs, and for building/shipping products to meet these needs
Demonstrated effectiveness in complex organizations
Even better, you may have...
Domain knowledge in advanced driving systems or in-vehicle infotainment strongly preferred
Prior experience in Product Management preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, physics, or a related field.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the software systems underpinning our advanced driving features or the willingness and ability to learn them quickly.
