What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Leading the development of our Crypto capital markets platform, focusing on our Liquidity team that provides instant, low-cost access to stablecoins globally. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand regulatory and operational needs, develop strategic product visions, and prioritize efforts for maximum impact. Your experience in launching external products in capital markets, managing complex programs, and engaging cross-functionally will be crucial.

What You'll Work On:

• Owning the product vision, features, and roadmap to facilitate global capital market access.
• Collaborating across teams to identify pain points, communicate strategies, and unblock progress.
• Assessing risks and implementing mitigation plans.
• Working with data science to develop predictive models for cash movements.
• Engaging with liquidity partners to translate capabilities into product requirements.
• Managing multiple projects and ensuring timely delivery of features.
• Driving product and process improvements to support liquidity and distribution partners.

What You’ll Bring To Circle:

• Over 5 years of product management experience with successful, revenue-generating portfolios.
• Experience in product strategy for complex commercial products and risk management.
• Mentorship experience and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Interest or expertise in capital markets, lending, treasury, and regulated financial services.
• Passion for crypto assets and blockchain infrastructure.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and data-savvy.
• Proven track record of leading complex initiatives from start to finish.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely across time zones.
