As a Senior Product Manager at Revelry, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our innovative software solutions. Your mission will be to inspire our talented teams and guide our partners through the journey of digital transformation. I. Role & Responsibilities:
Define product vision and strategy in line with our goals and client needs.
Lead cross-functional teams to launch high-quality products.
Prioritize product roadmaps focusing on value and market fit.
Analyze user feedback and market trends to inform product development.
Manage product lifecycle, from concept to launch and iteration.
Foster a creative, continuous improvement culture within product teams.
Utilize Agile and Lean methodologies to optimize team performance.
Mentor junior product management staff and promote leadership growth.
II. Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management within a tech or software company.
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles, with hands-on experience in an Agile development environment.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with strong business acumen.
Superior product management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional teams.
Experience with user-centered design and customer research techniques.
Adept at using analytics, user research, and business cases to drive decisions and improve products.
Skilled in developing and adjusting product strategies based on research, data, and industry trends.
III. Nice to Have:
An advanced certification in Agile methodology, such as PMI-ACP, SAFe, or ScrumMaster.
Experience with AI-driven technology or blockchain platforms.
Prior involvement with a fast-growing startup or experience in a similar rapid-growth environment.
A strong portfolio showcasing successful products that you have led.
Comfort with modern product management tools such as JIRA, Asana, Trello, or similar.
Prior experience in one or more industries in which Revelry specializes, such as logistics, healthcare, finance, or SaaS.
A vibrant presence in the product management community, including speaking at conferences, authoring articles, or maintaining a product-focused blog.
Location
We are a remote-enabled company, with priority given to candidates based in Louisiana.
