Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior product leader to set the long-term vision for a business unit, own strategy, and oversee launches with clear metrics. You will build and manage multiple product teams, hire and mentor product managers, and leverage customer insight, data, and AI to steer critical decisions.

Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver high-impact financial products at scale. Strong hands-on leadership and market awareness are required, with onsite presence 2–3 days weekly.
