SAS is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management for Industrials to lead a team delivering analytics and performance management for large global customers. The role emphasizes a data-driven, customer-centric approach and close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and other stakeholders.

You will define the vision and roadmap for a portfolio of offerings, mentor team members, and ensure disciplined execution while aligning with SAS’s strategic objectives and growth targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related discipline.
• 12+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Consulting or related function in the technology industry, including product management.
• Experience managing enterprise level software products and projects.
• Experience with Agile development methodology.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers, driving execution of product strategy, roadmap, and delivery plans.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Engineering and cross-functional teams to define product priorities and maximize market impact.
• Provide strategic leadership and engage senior management on product decisions affecting direction and growth.
• Communicate product vision, strategy, roadmap, and outcomes to stakeholders including customers and analysts.
• Evaluate customer needs, market trends, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
