Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Product Management Lead to join our Business Technology team in Wichita. You will define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for digital solutions, working closely with stakeholders and development teams to ensure measurable value and alignment with organizational priorities.

Under the Senior Manager of Digital Enablement, you’ll drive discovery, translate needs into actionable requirements, and support product launches. Domestic/international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 8 years of relevant experience (or equivalent).
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital products.
• Gather and translate business needs into user stories and requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams through Agile ceremonies.
• Monitor adoption and performance and inform roadmap decisions.
• Lead product demonstrations and stakeholder communications for internal/external audiences.
