Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Product Management Lead in Topeka, Kansas to drive digital transformation. You will define product vision, work with stakeholders and development teams, and ensure outcomes align with business priorities.

Responsibilities

Define and manage product vision, value proposition, strategy, and roadmap for digital products and solutions.
Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and feedback sessions to identify needs and requirements.
Gather, prioritize, and translate needs into user stories and requirements for development teams.
Monitor product adoption and performance; make roadmap recommendations based on feedback and objectives.
Support evaluation and incubation of innovative ideas and emerging technologies for digital capabilities.
Provide guidance and coordination to PM and QA teams to remove delivery obstacles.
