Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Product Management Lead to join its Business Technology team in the United States. This role will help drive the firm’s digital transformation by defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for innovative digital solutions.

The Lead will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to ensure products deliver measurable value and align with priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing software products from concept through launch, preferably supporting AEC, engineering, construction, infrastructure, or technology-enabled professional services organizations.
• Experience leading discovery activities, partnering with stakeholders to understand business needs, prioritize opportunities, and make strategic tradeoff decisions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of product management principles, Agile software development practices, and requirements management.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage product vision, value proposition, strategy, and roadmap for digital products and solutions.
• Gather, prioritize, and translate business and customer needs into user stories, use cases, and actionable requirements for development teams.
• Monitor product adoption and performance, making roadmap recommendations based on stakeholder feedback and business objectives.
• Support the evaluation and incubation of innovative ideas and emerging technologies that advance CDM Smith’s digital capabilities.
