Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division seeks a Senior Product Line Support Engineer to lead sustaining engineering for circuit breaker products and drive quality, yield, and lifecycle improvements.

You will mentor cross-functional teams across manufacturing, quality, and supply chain, ensuring compliance with standards and supporting cost-reduction initiatives. Strong collaboration and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 3 years in electromechanical component or systems design.
• Bilingual with fluency in Spanish and English.
• No relocation offered; must be authorized to work in USA.

Responsibilities

• Lead as senior Product Line Support Engineer for the product portfolio.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality/yield issues.
• Support VA/VE initiatives to reduce costs.
• Collaborate with Technical Center, manufacturing, QA, suppliers and customers.
• Ensure compliance with UL/CSA standards and product specs.
