Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school is required.
• Admitted to practice in New York is required.
• 4+ years of litigation experience.
• Experience handling personal injury, premises liability, product liability, toxic torts, or other complex civil litigation.
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution under partner supervision.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, legal memoranda, and other litigation-related documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy.
• Attend court appearances, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Prepare case evaluations, reporting, and litigation strategy recommendations for clients.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues on complex, multi-party litigation matters
